Uptown Downtown
The newly redeveloped town center, Uptown Altamonte, denotes the central business district. Cranes Roost at Uptown Altamonte features a choreographed water fountain show that entertains viewers of all ages. The music, light and water show features classical, swing and contemporary music in a 20-minute performance.
Plentiful Parks
The park area offers a friendly square for weddings, festivals and city holidays. Throughout the year, the local enjoy activities such as Karaoke Madness, Streetmosphere (Uptown Altamonte’s version of the circus), live bands and car shows. The Altamonte Mall offers great shopping, including 4-anchor retailers, and an 18-screen AMC theater.
Casselberry attracts many people to its 17 local parks that range from small neighborhood parks to large centers for recreation. The 5-acre Anniversary Park is on the bank of Lake Concord and is home to bi-annual Jazz concerts and the Casselberry Art House.
